At Glemwink™, we are committed to delivering your magnetic lashes with the same precision and care that goes into designing them. To ensure the highest quality and lowest carbon footprint, we utilize a Global Priority network.
1. Processing vs. Shipping Time
To maintain our high standards, every order undergoes a rigorous quality check before leaving our facility.

Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days (Inspection, packing, and labeling).

Shipping Time: 7–12 Business Days (Transit time to your doorstep).
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer one premium tier of service to ensure every customer receives the "GlemWink Treatment."

What is "Priority Insured"? This means your package is fast-tracked through our global hubs and is 100% protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If anything happens to your order, we send a replacement immediately.
3. Tracking Your Transformation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

Tracking numbers typically take 24–48 hours to activate in the carrier's system.

You can track your package directly on our Tracking Page accessed from our website footer section or from the link sent to your email.
4. International Delivery & Customs
GlemWink proudly ships to beauty lovers worldwide.

Customs & Duties: Most orders arrive without additional fees. However, please be aware that international shipments may occasionally be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays: While we strive for 7-12 day delivery, occasional delays in customs or local postal services are out of our control. We appreciate your patience as we get your lashes to you safely.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or if your "Priority Insured" package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at glemwink@gmail.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.
