Glemwink™ Returns & Refund Policy

At Glemwink™, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right quickly and fairly.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, simply contact our support team with your order number and reason for the request.


2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective or not functioning as intended
  • Incorrect item received
  • Significantly different from what was ordered

If your order arrives with any issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible.


3. Opened or Used Beauty Products

Because magnetic eyelashes and cosmetic accessories are personal-use beauty items, we cannot generally resell used products for hygiene reasons.

However, customer satisfaction matters to us.

If you opened the product and experienced a genuine issue such as:

  • Faulty magnetic liner
  • Missing items
  • Damaged lashes
  • Poor magnet hold due to product defect
  • Allergic reaction or quality concern

Please contact us. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

We review these requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.


4. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns may be declined in cases such as:

  • Excessive use or clearly worn lashes
  • Intentional damage or misuse
  • Requests made after 30 days
  • Multiple repeated claims suggesting abuse of policy
  • Returning incomplete sets without notice

5. How to Start a Return

Please contact our support team at support@glemwink.com with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos if relevant

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.


6. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is usually 5–10 business days depending on your bank/provider

If a return shipment is required, refunds are processed after the item is received or proof of return is provided.


7. EU / UK Consumer Rights

Customers in applicable regions may have additional legal rights, including cooling-off rights where required by law. These rights remain unaffected by this policy.
